Who We Are
Keystone Law was founded on the belief that employers, individuals and non-profit organizations shouldn't have to pay "big law" hourly rates to get quality legal representation. The founding member of Keystone Law, Matthew Clyde, has 15 years' experience in the labor and employment department of a large international law firm. Keystone Law has broad experience in all labor and employment matters, with a particular focus on executive compensation and employee benefit plan compliance. Keystone Law also has significant experience in estate planning, negotiating oil and gas leases, and advising on legal risks facing non-profit, religious organizations.
